The price is the same whether you occupy one or both rooms as the vacant room will not be rented out while either room is occupied. This assures that the bathroom is only shared by someone in your party. Both rooms look out through windows to the dinning room below. The windows can be closed off with curtains. There is an additional single bedroom on the main floor listed separately that sleeps 2. It has its own bathroom. Other things to note Our home is located in the rural community of Cougar Gulch. We are 10 miles from the downtown area of beautiful, Coeur d’Alene. The drive to town takes about 20 minutes. Please note that the last 2 miles of road to our home is gravel, and depending on the weather can be rough with potholes.
