River Suite 3 sits on the bank of the Ohio River. It was built in the 1930s & completely remodeled in 2024. Located in Downtown Russell (DTR) where you can stroll down historic brick streets and a in short 1/2 mile you can be shopping, drinking and eating or even getting a massage at one of our amazing DTR businesses. We're also only 10 mins to downtown Ashland. 15mins to Camp Landing Entertainment Complex for family fun. And it’s only 20 mins to Huntington WV. The space Located in historic Downtown Russell (DTR) you have the chance to experience “small town America” on the river. You get to stroll down beautiful brick streets and in a 1/2 mile as you walk along the river’s edge you can be shopping, eating & drinking or even getting a massage. Ghostly Gourmet - we love everything they make. Owned by a Veteran and they’re opening a sit down full menu restaurant by end of June 2024. While it comes with its stunning nostalgic qualities it also has the creaking floors and can carry noises from unit to unit to remind you she's beautiful, yet aged. So please be respectful of your neighbors as you'd surely want the same from others. We are located in a small riverside community where our neighbors are our friends. You can refer to the hundreds of reviews from our other properties and understand that as hosts we will do everything we can to ensure you have in incredible experience. - Parking is limited. 2 spots are available on street only in non yellow painted areas. Do not park in the driveway that is for the main unit downstairs. We do have some other arrangements we can discuss to accommodate additional vehicles. Guest access Enter thru the main door downstairs and climb the stairs. Until 3 is the top right unit. Access is via a digital lock that we will send the code out prior to arrival. Other things to note We offer a “WORK FREE CHECKOUT”. Meaning the only thing we ask you to do is to put the dirty towels in the tub. Yep, that’s it. Don’t even make the beds or take out the trash. Local Info: These are a 1/2 mile away in Downtown Russell (DTR). It is a beautiful walk from Rivertime. Most of it is a peaceful stroll along the river. There is a chance that you could hear other guest's activities such as but not limited to talking, tv and/or music. We ask that you be considerate of your neighbors. This is a very old building that's been remodeled. There are creaks and squeaks in some areas as you walk thru your beautiful River Suite. - River Suite 3 is located in a small riverside community where our neighbors, are friends. River Suite 3's elevated deck gives a stunning view of the beautiful Ohio River. This back deck is NOT a shared space. - Parking is limited. Each River Suite has different accommodations. River Suite 3 has 2 on street parking. There is not an exact parking designation, but is limited to 2 spots directly across from the building. If there is a need for additional parking we will need to discuss it before arrival.
