Pearl by the Lammefjord

Relax in this unique and quiet home. Stay in the middle of nature with the most beautiful views of Lammefjord and fields and experience the calm. The waterfront is less than 300 m from the house and close to a jetty from which you can swim and catch crabs. Holbæk town is about 10 km away and there is always something to do here. Harbor life, shopping, pedestrian street, cinema, cultural life and much more. The space The house itself is a guest house located on the same grounds as the hosts' private house. However, there is 100% privacy for you as a guest, both inside and outside. The house is 72 m2 and is in an open plan, with a staircase up to a large loft. On the loft is a double bed and downstairs in the living room is a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is in open connection to the rest of the house. In front of the house is a large terrace with access to a small barbecue and garden furniture. From here you get the most beautiful view of the field and water. No one is allowed to walk on the field in front, as it is a fallow land. However, a small path has been cut down to the water, so you can easily get down there. You can freely park up to 2 cars on the property during your stay. If you need space for more cars, this must be agreed with the host in advance.
