Plus, so much to do nearby in our bustling, family-friendly neighbourhood! Walk or bike to great restaurants, coffeeshops, Greektown, Woodbine Beach, Gerrard India Bazaar, Leslieville, and more. We can't wait to host you! The space All the conveniences for your travels – comfortable beds (1 Queen, 2 Doubles), central air conditioning, great shower, laundry, dishwasher, fast wifi, 32”TV, front patio, back deck, green space, and more! Fully-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans, spices/condiments, robust tea + coffee collection, and modern appliances including an Air Fryer, Nespresso machine (with pods!), drip coffee maker, and more. We want to let all guests know- parties in our home will NOT BE TOLERATED. This is for full transparency as we have had problems in the past and will take action if this kind of action happens in the future. We also want you to know we have a great location because we are right on the subway line; however because of our proximity to it you can hear a rumble from the subway from inside the house. It’s not bothersome to most but it is noticeable at times and can be unexpected upon arrival. Guest access You get the entire main + upper floor of our large, detached house. Parking included for 1 vehicle. Check out our favourite ice cream shop Carter’s Ice Cream - 150m walking. Beautiful East Lynn Park is a 4 min walk away. Safe, newly updated Danforth bike lane means an easy 25min bike ride into downtown – explore Yorkville, Queen’s Park, Discovery District, Church-Wellesley Village, and more. Rent bikes for $7/day through Toronto Bike Share station at Subway – drop/pick up at 625 stations over 200km2 of city. Other things to note Don’t worry about forgetting something at home!
