Welcome to our fully renovated and specially designed accommodation for your moments of rest and vacation, in the heart of Provence. Come and discover the unique setting in France of the magnificent Verdon Gorge Park and the superb Lake Sainte Croix. The beautiful landscapes of Provence under the Mediterranean sun are yours to enjoy. The space This accommodation is the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent of our personal accommodation, which is upstairs. You will access your accommodation through a separate and private entrance, after parking in the common courtyard of the property, fully closed. Only one parking space is reserved for you. If you need to park an additional vehicle, you will find more free spaces along the road, 150 m away. This place has an area of 103 m2. It is composed of a large living room/kitchen/lounge/relaxation area, two beautiful spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In addition, there is a large covered terrace of 30 m2 where you will find a dining area, garden furniture and a plancha. The accommodation is partly air-conditioned. Only the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms have a 160 x 200 queen size bed each. Towels, sheets and all linens are provided. You will also have everything you need for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) For coffee, you will have, either a filter coffee maker or Nespresso The kitchen is equipped with a fondue, raclette, crêpe party, waffle/croque monsieur maker. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, straightener, shampoo and shower gel dispenser. For a mid-season or winter stay, we provide you with the necessary firewood, to enjoy the warmth of the wood stove, the only means of heating the accommodation, except for the bedroom and bathroom. Ideally located, you can access the village of Régusse in a 15-minute walk or a 3-4 minute drive. There you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, post office with ATM, some bars and restaurants As for the tourist attractions of the region, the turquoise waters of Lake Sainte Croix are about twenty minutes by car. In 30 minutes, you will be at the foot of the impressive Gorges du Verdon. Other things to note The listing is in a residential area, where calm resides. As a reminder, we live upstairs in the villa.
