Lovely family home in Swanage

Our home is the perfect holiday choice for families and dogs. We are situated 1 mile walk to the beach in Swanage. We have an abundance of restaurant choices nearby, Golden Bengal and Herston fish bar, and Coastal Crust cafe and pizzeria being the closest. Swanage has lovely cafes and restaurants, as well as independent shops and a steam railway. The house is ideally situated to visit Studland beaches, Old Harry's rocks, Corfe Castle, Kimmeridge and the Etches Collection, and many more. The space The house is much more spacious than it first appears with 2 living areas, one a kitchen diner with a sofa and a tv area. The other is a living room. We have 4 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 doubles, and 1 single room. There are two bathrooms with showers and 1 small bath. The house has a small garden, with patio area and some garden furniture. The house is a stone terrace, so there are fairly steep stairs, we don't have stair gate. The area is friendly, and there is a shop within short walking distance that provides everything! Warm pastries, butchers, post office, and general shopping. Free parking is on the road either immediately in front of the house or up Jubilee road. We have two cars, and we hardly ever have a problem finding parking near the house. Guest access The whole house and garden will be available to you. The house is our family home, so we will leave you plenty of space for clothes etc.. however, there will still be some things of ours around. However our aim is that you feel at home here for your holiday. It is a lovely house in a fantastic location. Other things to note The house is three stories. On the top floor there is a double en suite and another double room. The e-suite has a wc, sink, and shower. The first floor has a bathroom with a small bath/shower, sink, and wc. The other bedrooms on this floor are the small child's bedroom with a single bed and the largest king room. Swanage is a fantastic location for visiting Studland beaches, The Blue Pool, Durlston country park, Corfe Castle, Kimmeridge and The Etches Collection, Monkey World, The Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove and Castle, Durdle Door. There are also so many festivals here, with Jazz, Folk, Wild swimming, walking festival, Swanage Carnival. But if it is peace and quiet you are looking for, you can also find that in abundance.
