Beautiful house with an excellent location south of Guadalajara, very close to ITESO University. It can accommodate up to 13 people in its 4 bedrooms and three floors. We are 22 minutes from the airport, 18 minutes from Expo Guadalajara, 20 minutes from downtown Guadalajara, 23 minutes from downtown Tlaquepaque, and 26 minutes from downtown Zapopan. Everything you need at your fingertips! The space Excellent location in the south of the city, comfortable spaces and tranquility are just some of the things this beautiful house offers. Perfect for families, students, and people visiting Guadalajara for work. The house has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large TV studio with sofa bed and a balcony on the third floor. For short stays, the capacity is up to 13 people, however for longer stays it is recommended for a maximum of 7 people. NOTE: The rate and supplies we offer vary according to the number of guests, so it's important to indicate in your reservation the exact number of people who will occupy the house. Thank you. Guest access The house has three floors. On the first floor is the living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, back garden, half bathroom and garage for 2 small cars. If you bring a large car, no problem because there is enough space outside the house to park a larger car. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (the main one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds) each with its full bathroom. In addition, there is the hallway that has an ottoman that becomes a single bed and we also have a desk. Finally, on the third floor there is a bedroom with a double bunk bed below and a single bunk bed above, a full bathroom, a balcony and also a large TV studio with a sofa bed and a trundle bed with a double mattress and a single mattress. Other things to note The rate includes only the cleaning on the day of departure. But if your stay is longer than one day, you can have the cleaning done for an additional $600 pesos per day. The parking included with the house is for 2 small cars. Please note that we have neighbors with dogs that bark when people pass by. For stays longer than one day, we have a cleaning service for $600 pesos per day. This service is optional and is paid directly to the host. The parking inside the property accommodates 2 small cars.
