Charming waterview house

Major interior renovation 4/2025! 🏆🥳. The beauty of this lovely home is the water view. There is a brand new deck overlooking a quaint harbor and the Long Island sound. Bbq’s and sunset cocktails nightly! There is a quaint ‘modern yet nautical’ feel with walking access to a private beach. The Waters Edge Catering Hall is down the road and there are many great restaurants in the area. Central air conditioning recently installed so it’s always a “cool” place to stay in summer The space House total is about 1200 square feet. Living room, main bedroom and an office/secondary bedroom. In house washer and dryer. New dishwasher 10/24. There are new hardwood floors in every room, the entire house was painted, purchased a 55” inch tv and even invested in a high end Bose Home theatre sound system. The house is calm as it ROCKS!😎🕺💃. In addition, the block is super dog friendly and excellent for walking around. The backyard deck has a large electrical canopy for shade in the afternoons and an outdoor fire pit and living room fireplace for brisk winter evenings. My home is well cared for (and I think it shows when you read reviews). Guest access You will have full access to the deck, backyard, master bedroom and office (secondary bedroom) w queen sized tempur-pedic mattress). There will be key for access to the house. Info provided 48 hours before rental. There is free wifi/cable provided (password will be in guest book on kitchen table). Outdoor chimanea for chill autumn nights and a full fireplace inside the main room. Other things to note $50/one time fee for a dog (it goes straight to my cleaning person for the extra hair issues) and there is a private beach 5 minutes walking down the hill.
