The beauty of this lovely home is the water view. There is a brand new deck overlooking a quaint harbor, a bay and even the Long Island sound. Barbecue’s and sunset cocktails nightly! There is a quaint nautical feel to the home with access to a private beach and kayaks. The Waters Edge Catering Hall is down the road and there are many great restaurants and events in the historical area. Central air conditioning recently installed so it’s always a “cool” place to stay in summer!🥂 The space House total is about 1200 square feet. Living room, main bedroom and an office/secondary bedroom. In house washer and dryer. New dishwasher 10/24. The block is very friendly and excellent for walking around. The deck has a large electrical canopy for shade in the afternoons and an outdoor fire pit and living room fireplace for brisk winter evenings. Guest access You will have full access to the deck, backyard, master bedroom and office (secondary bedroom) w queen sized tempur-pedic mattress). There will be key for access to the house. Outdoor chimanea for chill autumn nights and a full fireplace inside the main room. Other things to note $50/one time fee for a dog (it goes straight to my cleaning person for the extra hair issues) and there is a private beach 5 minutes walking down the hill with free access to two of my kayaks
