In this luxurious ground floor apartment, you can forget your worries in this secluded and quiet serene space. Not only is it spacious as you have the entire ground floor to yourself(with no contact required between the host family and the guests)Air conditioning is hardly a worry with the chill and cool temperatures in the summer- THIS NEW TWO BEDROOM SPACE WITH QUEEN BED IN EACH ROOM are no Long divided by curtain LONG TERM RENTAL 30 , 60 and 90 and more DAYS also ALLOWED at discount rate. The space There is a BATHROOM, kitchenette, sink, and fridge, along with a dining table and living room area with a big tv. Along with the bedroom(s) it's practically an apartment in of itself. There are TWO separate Bed Rooms numbered 1&2 and 3 for Walking Closet Room .Each bedroom has their own televisions, remotes, and queen-sized beds. A good size for a family of four, as reflected in the photos. The LIVING AREA is comfortable(and extra large) with many couches(three) and seating that could fit a meeting of 10, as seen in the photos. Carpeted floors aside from the tiles in the private laundry area, with detergent free for the usage and cleaning supplies stocked in case there is a mess. There is ALSO: - Cabinet that holds breakfast items(coffee, tea packets, syrup, teacups, glass cups, wet wipes for cleaning, etc) - kitchentte - dining room table(plus chairs) - electric fireplace + space heater - massage chair - Living area large enough for a Theatre-like set up to enjoy with friends and family This is a GROUND FLOOR AIRBNB—you can expect sounds and movement from the house above/first floor occasionally as the host family LIVES there. We’ll do our best to keep quiet and expect the same from our guests, and we also made some home improvements to enhance our guests experience in the Apartment based on our past guests suggestions and reviews . If you NOTICE NOISE disturbances that continue for long periods of time or are particularly distracting, feel free to notify the hosts through text so we can ammend that. LOCATED in a safe and quiet community in Howard county. You will have the full unit including a living room, kitchen, and a private parking space. Access to major highways and exits to casino and airport less than 15 minutes away. Get the suburban feel but with quick access to major cities like DC and Baltimore with ease. THE UNIT The first floor contains the staircase to the entryway. The washer and dryer are located in the unit near the bedroom(s). Further in contains the living room space and the kitchen. GUEST ACCESS There are lots of parking spaces around the neighborhood but you will have two outdoor guest parking and no issues with possible towing. There is a driveway for the guest which is conveniently located in front of the home. Guests can park anywhere that isn't blocking incoming or outgoing vehicles in the yard. Getting around will require a vehicle or the bus access which is about 2-5 min walk down the road. Lots of locations nearby that you can walk to and outdoor jogging/running or exercise is welcome in the neighborhood. OTHER THINGS *All short/long term traveling healthcare professionals welcome! Major nearby highways: I-95 I-495 I-295 2-5 minutes away from/surrounded by: McDonalds Weis grocery store Subway Shell and other gas stations MCD & other fast foods Nail, hair salons, and self care boutiques Various restaurants to try (Mexican, Italian, Indian and more) 10-15 minutes away from: BWI airport Sams club grocery and gas Super Walmart Arundel mills mall Laurel town center Columbia mall 20-30 minutes away from: Downtown Silver spring (Little Africa) Baltimore city (power plant, aquarium, the zoo, fogo de chao, cava meze, etc.) 35-40 minutes away from: Washington DC (Chocolate city, FREE museums, Madam Tussaud’s, China town, The Capitol, White House, Lincoln Memorial, African American History Museum, etc.) Guest access There is a designated guest entrance as can be seen in the photos. All they can access in the first floor apartment is free for their use, we do ask that you do not climb the stairs to the second floor as that is where the host family and property owners reside and would like their privacy as they give you yours. Other things to note There's Netflix and Amazon Prime on the tvs so you can either log in to your own account or use the guest accounts already there for you. If you'd like the use the guest accounts we pay for but there are log in issues, contact me the host or one of the co-hosts to come down and help you log in. The basement is usually pretty chill which is good for the summer but if it gets too cold and you need help regulating the temperature/need someone to access the thermostat, contact one of the hosts and they've take care of it or you can use the space heater provided to regulate the temperature to your satisfaction.
