There is AC throughout, gated parking, night security, a shared pool, and a private path to the sand in Playa Pelada. Walk to a local market and eateries. The surf in North Guiones is 10 minutes by car or 18 minutes via beach walk. Please note complex rules: children of guests must be 6+ years old and guest occupancy is 4 people max. The space This condo is perfect for a family get away in paradise. Just steps away from the beach, pool and local restaurants, you will have everything you need for your Pura Vida vacation. The condo is open, spacious, and well stocked with the essentials you need for cooking, relaxing after your day in the waves, and is quiet and comfortable. **Please note that children of vacation rental guests must be 6 years of age or older. The age rule is set by the HOA and applies to the entire complex. The reason for the rule has to do noise level and safety in the pool area. About Living in the Jungle. Nosara’s beauty comes with the realities of rural jungle living. You’ll encounter rustic dirt roads, abundant wildlife, and the natural sounds of howler monkeys and birds. Occasional water outages and periods of low water pressure can happen, especially during busy holiday weeks like Christmas and New Year’s when resources are in high demand. Electrical surges are also possible, as this is a rural area, wind, rain, and fallen trees can also cause an outage in the area. We will do our best to keep you informed. Bugs are a normal part of the ecosystem, and while we take steps to minimize them indoors, nature ultimately sets the rules in the jungle. Please note that repairs and maintenance services are not available on the weekends or national holidays. If an issue arises during your stay, please let the rental Manager know so we can arrange assistance at the earliest available appointment. Guest access The complex shares a laundry room next to the pool. A limited supply of bio friendly laundry detergent is available at the condo as the plants are watered with grey water. Other things to note Playa Pelada is only a 10-minute drive to the surf in Playa Guiones, or you can walk along the beach and be at the surf in North Guiones in 18 minutes. There are a lot of great restaurants throughout Nosara and we suggest a golf cart for evenings out to dinner. Uber is not available in the area. Other means of transportation are Tuk Tuk taxis which hold up to 2-3 people and are about $10/one way, depending where you are going.
