Cozy townhouse 2 km to Triangeln and the pedestrian street in central Malmö. 4-minute walk to Mobilia shopping center. Bright and fresh, quiet and peaceful. Fenced garden with seating. Parking space and carport included. The space On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a newly renovated kitchen, a dining area, a sewing table, and a toilet. From the living room you come out into the fenced garden which is quiet and cozy. It also has garden furniture. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which is yours. Your bedroom has two comfortable beds, one 90 cm (35 inches) wide and one 105 cm (41 inches) wide. Upstairs, there is also a living room with two sofas and a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. You share a bathroom with the host. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house during your stay, except for two bedrooms. Your bedroom is on the second floor. There is a shelf for you in the fridge. If you need more space, just let me know. The larger bathroom with a shower upstairs is shared with the host. Downstairs, there is a smaller toilet. If you want this to be reserved exclusively for you, just let us know. The kitchen is shared, but the host makes sure to give you, as a guest, priority. During your stay Karin has lived in London, Hong Kong, Vancouver and Toronto and enjoys people from all over the world.
