Historic Home Heart of Northside

This 100+ year old 1,450 sq ft home is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath that sleeps 4. You'll have access to a TV, full-size laundry, full kitchen, 2 queen beds, a dining room, a yard with 4 chairs & fire pit, 2 parking spots, and ample space. You will be located in the heart of Northside, which puts you walking distance from hiking trails, great local and ethnic food, eclectic bars, and two award winning breweries. Downtown, the University of Cincinnati, and many other attractions are a short drive away Other things to note My backyard has a stone sitting area with a fire pit and chairs. Outside of the stone, the rest is dirt and there is no grass, as there is a large tree canopy that covers the yard and makes grass unworkable. The dirt gets muddy when it rains. There are bugs in the summer. The tree sheds branches (especially in the fall), and while I hire someone to clean them up, the amount of branches in the yard on your trip will vary from many to few. I do not rake the leaves in the yard, as the tree needs the nutrients from its own leaves. I love my little yard, but its a bit wild, and won't be winning any HGTV "Best Yard" awards anytime soon. Please consider this when booking. Also, I have indicated I have a bathtub. It does not fit adults inside of it without water funneling down the overflow valve, so please do not try. If you want to bathe your children in it however, it will work for that purpose.
