Here are some small guidelines to make your stay even more enjoyable: 1. **Using the washer-dryer**: Please do not use the dryer function of the washing machine, this can cause a malfunction. 2. **Non-smoking**: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. An ashtray is available on the window for smoking under the porch of the building entrance. 3. **Shower**: When showering, please pull the hose down at the mixer tap and move the handle to the right to open the tap for optimal use. 4. **Parking space**: A space in the private parking lot is reserved for you. It is located in the second-to-last space at the end of the parking lot. 5. **Quality bed linens**: Beautiful quality bed linens are provided and washed at 60 degrees with laundry detergent and white vinegar for optimal hygiene. For long stays, there is a change possible every 15 days. 6. **Towels**: Towels are not provided, but you can rent them for 5 euros per person (one bath towel and one hand towel) for short stays. For long stays, a change can be offered according to your wishes, at an additional cost. 7. **Check-in**: No self check-in by key box. Plan your breakfast and toiletries, as we do not offer services similar to a guest house. A Carrefour convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away. 8.**No parties**: Quiet is highly appreciated by the neighborhood.
