Bellpine Flat is designed to connect with Willakenzie Flat, to become "Willabell" should you need a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite for families and couples that are traveling together. It is perfectly set up to serve as a stand-alone room as well. Bellpine is an interior Flat and does not have windows. The space Bellpine Flat is furnished with a comfy queen bed. Although this is the only flat without a kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and tea is stashed in a cabinet for your enjoyment. The Bellpine Flat is a hotel-style room in the renovated Masonic Lodge where meetings were conducted over 100 years ago. This property is set in the heart of the town of Amity. All of the flats are named after the types of soil found in the vineyards around the Willamette Valley. Walk across the street to Coelho Winery or take the short drive to the inspirational Antica Terra winery or visit the monastery of the Brigittine mokes to sample some of their award-winning chocolates. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. (Should we change this to now say guests must sign the RA after booking since we are going to start doing that?) • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $70.00. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
