Ideal for budget conscious travellers or those working or doing a placement in the area. If you're after a romantic night, a more private setting will suit you better than our friendly shared space. The spacious bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed. (Electric blanket for winter)There is plenty of room for the small fold out single bed which can be added if there are three people staying. (please request when booking). The recently renovated shared bathroom is only for guests. It features a separate bathtub and shower. There is a second WC outside. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, microwave, rice cooker, and all the necessary crockery and utensils you might need to whip up a delicious meal. Please note, there is plenty of space to store food but only a small fridge, so limited cold storage. Relax and unwind in the living area, featuring a large sofa, dining table The laundry and a covered drying area are also available for guests. SAME DAY REQUESTS: If you are requesting the room on short notice please note the following: PAYMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED WITHIN ONE HOUR OF BOOKING OR THE BOOKING MAY BE FORFEITED. Part of your stay may be un-hosted - of course you can always contact me via the Airbnb app. 🌶 Hot Weather While our comfortable and affordable home is perfect for travellers keen to explore Sydney and the Blue Mountains, it is not ideal for guests planning to spend long days indoors, as bedrooms do not have air-conditioning.
