Montelaguna Residence is new (opened in 2010) offering luxurious views and modern living amenities. Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully equipped. The space We are on the third floor of the building and it gives us the opportunity to benefit from the ongoing breeze coming from the sea, especially at dawn and during the night. Even during dry season, when temperature gets high in the day, the nights are cool enough that we don't use the air conditioning.
