Room on the Plaza 1
Description
Discover budget-friendly lodging options for rent right on Plaza de la Merced. Enjoy a prime location in the city's heart, where the beach and cultural attractions are just a stone's throw away. Find refuge in a historic building with views of the square, offering an ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The space Nestled in the vibrant Plaza de la Merced, this apartment places you amidst bars, cafes, and restaurants, creating a lively ambiance. Perfect for a casual coffee or a night out. The apartment features five separate bedrooms, a communal lounge, kitchen, and one bathroom. Guest access Feel free to make use of anything within the shared spaces that catches your eye. The living room boasts a television, and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Help yourself to provisions on the shared shelves, as well as general toiletries in the bathroom. Bedding and towels are, of course, provided. During your stay Guests in my apartment enjoy discounts at selected bars. For any queries about the city, I'm more than happy to assist. Additionally, I also offer maps for your convenience. Other things to note Street parking is free in most in most places, but it will be difficult to find a spot. Your best chance of finding free parking will be around the Ejido University. The nearest paid parking lots are situated close to the tunnel under the Alcazaba and in Calle Frailes, with rates ranging between 20 and 30 euros per day, depending on the date. Atlantida in Calle Frailes would be the cheaper one of the two and with more spaces to offer. Due to the apartment's location on the square, some noise from the bars and restaurants downstairs is to be expected. The bathroom/shower is shared with the other guests.
