Charming quiet studio cottage with a magnificent view of the countryside. This accommodation is independent and is located on the 1st floor. This lovely, recently renovated studio offers all the comforts you need for your stay. It is equipped with air conditioning, which is very nice in summer! Take a moment to take a break and relax in this peaceful place. Non-smoking cottage, parties are prohibited. The space This accommodation is equipped with a BZ sofa bed provided with a fitted sheet, a duvet and a cover, two pillows and pillowcases as well as towels. You will also have a kitchenette with an electric stove, a small fridge, a microwave, a mini electric oven and everything you need to make a small meal! You will have at your disposal a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. This cottage is connected to fiber and you will have a flat screen TV. Ideal for 2 people, you also have a balcony with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy a small meal outside with a magnificent unobstructed view. Guest access Ideally located, nestled in the heart of the Tarn-et-Garonne countryside, you can stroll and enjoy nature. Visit the surrounding villages, including Auvillar, one of the most beautiful villages in France!! In Valence d'Agen, you will discover its washhouse but especially its market on Tuesday and Saturday morning! There are also supermarkets and shops. Other things to note To access the studio, once your car is parked in the parking lot reserved for you, you will go down a few very light and low steps. Then you'll find a spiral staircase that will take you to your accommodation. The staircase creaks a little but don't worry, it's solid ;-). The view is worth it!
