The space Located on the mezzanine floor, the apartment can be reached after a short flight of stairs. Once you enter, you will find a sophisticated and cozy living room, equipped with a 65-inch TV and a selection of gym equipment ideal for indoor workouts. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, where you can give free rein to your culinary creativity, there are two bathrooms, one complete with shower and the other with toilet, which ensure practicality and comfort. Guests will also find a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms include a spacious and refined double bedroom, a second smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom (in which a second single bed can be added on request). There is also a small but cozy outdoor space located in the entrance, ideal for aperitifs (a space that will soon be renovated).
