We can accommodate up to 10 guests, but please make sure to adjust the headcount and indicate the correct number of guests when booking to see the accurate pricing. The space The space is 101-sqm (1,088 sq ft) loft-type condominium unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guest access You can use the swimming pool (open from Tuesday to Sunday, 6AM to 6PM; and the fitness gym (located on the 7th floor; open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM). Only 2 guests are free to use the pool. The rest of the group will be charged PHP250 per head. Both amenities are on the 7th floor. Other things to note Will you be able to send all guests’ valid IDs ahead of check-in? The Bldg Admin requires them for check-in processing. The Bldg Admin requires guests to submit a photo of the guests’ IDs ahead of your check-in date in order to process your move-in. Our base pricing is for 2 guests. Kindly adjust your headcount as there’s additional charge for more than 2 guests.
