This property is unique with quirky touches that showcase the property's history. Entrance hall - Enclosed communal area on accessing the building, the apartment is the door to the left. Kitchen area This contemporary kitchen is well equipped to make your stay a home from home including, sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. Living/Dining area The living area is full of character features with an exposed brick fireplace, wooden beams and reclaimed doors. There is comfortable sofa bed for four people so you can catch up on your latest Netflix series or movie. A smart TV is provided. Please note, the fire place is not in use and for decorative purposes only.   Bedroom The living area is full of character features with an exposed brick fireplace, wooden beams and reclaimed doors. Please note, the fire place is not in use and for decorative purposes only.   Ensuite This modern bathroom features a spacious double-width shower, along with a WC and basin for your convenience. Please note this bathroom is accessed directly from the bedroom not the living area. Guest access The property is accessed from the car park on the far right hand side. You will see the door with Shaw Mews above it and the key box is on the brick pillar in front of the door to access the building. The key box code will be provided on the day of your arrival. Other things to note The property has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. However, please note that the bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to £500 during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
