The Bathroom at the Hideout is a work of art that we hope you make time to enjoy. It is complete with a 20.5" deep Japanese-style soaking tub, shower wand, spa step stool, large basin sink, and color-changing LED lights in the ceiling. Custom teak wood walls and ceiling, hand-made steel windows and doors with bronze one-way glass finish the design. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, knives, and dishes for two guests. You also have a water kettle, French press, salt & pepper, olive oil, and tea, coffee, and sweetener. You'll enjoy the efficiency of a professional-grade induction cooktop and a campfire BBQ grill where you can cook over an open fire! There is also a microwave. There is one full-size bed which might just be one of the most comfortable beds you have ever slept in. The 6" thick dual-density memory foam mattress folds into the sofa that you can see in the photos and unfolds becoming your bed. The table raises and lowers automatically to form your dining table and an adjustable stand-up desk. This amazing custom piece also folds up completely out of the way opening up the floor for whatever you like. Experience climate comfort with a 12k BTU Mini-split AC/Heat system. Convenient on-site EV charger socket (NEMA 15-40) for your portable level 2 charger. You can charge at The Hideout. Stay off-grid with hot and cold purified rainwater, powered by up to 95% solar energy with grid backup. You will not run out of power. You'll enjoy private access to the Lampasas River, located within the ranch, approximately 3.5 miles away at the ranch's 5-acre river park. You won't need to venture beyond the ranch, and this access is shared with fellow ranch owners and guests. Expect a serene and uncrowded experience, unlike public access parks. Some notable species include Nilgai, Blackbuck (Indian Antelope), Hiberdean sheep, Spanish sheep, Audad, Red deer, Scimitar Oryx, Gemsbock, Fallow deer, and Sika deer. In addition to these, coyotes, foxes, bobcats, and more call this place home. Dogs are welcome but they must be well-behaved and not chase the animals. Guest access you can access the river through the private community access. this is a 5 acres old growth pecan and cottonwood grove with two small pavilions. Other things to note animals on the ranch, exotic and native, are wild. please do not approach them or feed them
