As this is a 3-story standalone house, you will have full, private access to the entire property. No Smoking, No Parties & Strict Noise Policy Strictly NON-SMOKING inside the building, in front of the entrance, and on all surrounding streets. The house is located in a very quiet residential area. Please be aware that indoor sounds can carry easily at night. To ensure you can enjoy your trip without interruption, it is vital to avoid trouble with neighbors who are sensitive to noise. Parties, events, and loud noise after 10:00 PM are strictly forbidden. In the event of a complaint from neighbors, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave immediately. Your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment is greatly appreciated. 4. No Street Parking or Temporary Stopping Per Osaka City guidelines, parking or even temporarily stopping a car or taxi in front of the house or on nearby streets is strictly prohibited. When arriving by car or taxi, please be sure to board, alight, and park only at the designated nearby parking lot provided in our instructions. 5. Trash & Cleanliness In accordance with Japanese regulations, please dispose of all trash in the designated bins inside the house. Never leave trash outside the building or at the entrance. If the bins become full, please contact the host (Aki). 6. Furniture, Appliances & Amenities No shoes allowed indoors. Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Please handle the building, furniture, appliances, and amenities (including the pocket Wi-Fi) with care.
