The famous town of Kinsale(the food capital of Ireland) is 15 minutes away. Can accommodate more than 7 people on request, with air mattresses. Cots on request. Office desk, 27" monitor and chair. You'll find everything you need here. The space Its our family home with three main bedrooms and a converted loft. A living room that opens in to the dining room. Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Great wifi throughout, homepods with siri controlled lighting and music. Dedicated workspace in the loft with 27" monitor, deck and chair for remote work. The master bedroom has a super king bed with an exceptional mattress. The smaller box room has a single elevated bed (80kg limit) which can also accommodate an inflatable mattress underneath (on request) The back bedroom has a bunk beds, suitable for adults(100kg) and children. The loft has a double bed with a quality mattress and memory foam topper. We can supply air mattresses on request for an extra 2-3 people. We can also accommodate a cot on request. Bathroom is basic with an electric shower, with shower gels and shampoo provided. The living room has a nice 42" tv in front of a comfy sofa that reclines for those chillaxing nights. An Apple tv with lots of apps for movies and shows. Bring down the duvets, chill and watch a movie. We have a huge box of lego, and kids toys(2-8), board games, scooters etc all for your kids to enjoy. Kitchen has an extendable table. Fully kitted with all common cooking utensils, nespresso machine and other coffee making gadgets. we love our cooking so you should find everything you need. The back garden has an outdoor table, bbq, firepit as well as a decking to the front of the house to enjoy the summer sun sets with a glass of wine. You'll make great friends with the finches that gather for their daily feeds as you sip on your coffee outside. Please note: not all bedrooms have storage for guest clothes. For stays longer than a week we can organise to have wardrobes and dressers emptied for your arrival. As this is our main home. As this is our family home, there will be personal touches throughout, photos, clothes etc. we ask that you respect our home like you would your own. House is clean and tidy, but there may be the odd mark on the wall, some crayons on kids bedroom wall, these are to be expected in a family home with small kids. Other things to note A €75 for pets staying is not cheap and we understand that. The €75 is to pay for a professional cleaning to come in and clean carpets, sofas and other fabrics as we have a child with Asthma in the home.
