Recently tastefully renovated, this contemporary villa offers an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation for families or groups of friends. The space Villa Lesadem is an architect-designed house with a small sea view that has a capacity of 9 people. It was completely renovated in 2024, and all the furniture is new, thus offering maximum comfort to our guests. Space and Comfort Enter a bright and airy living space located in two parts. - On the ground floor, discover a beautiful kitchen, very bright, fully equipped and furnished, overlooking a south-facing terrace (Nespresso coffee machine). You will also find the 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (including a private one), a dressing room, a toilet and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and freezer). - On the 1st floor is a beautiful living area with sea view and terrace, a comfortable desk for teleworking, a toilet. Bedrooms (4): The bedrooms, all on the ground floor, are arranged as follows: - A double bedroom with private shower (160 x 200 bed). - A bedroom with 3 beds, including a mezzanine bed (2 seats at the bottom, 140 x 190, and 1 seat at the top, 90 x 190). - One bedroom with 2 single beds. - A double bedroom (160 x 200 bed). For your convenience, all linens are provided: beds are made on arrival, towels, bath mats and dish towels are also provided. Laundry Villa Lesadem is equipped with a full laundry room, including a washing machine, dryer and freezer. Garden and Exteriors Enjoy sunny days in the large garden. There is garden furniture, a large umbrella, deckchairs. Many games and leisure equipment available for young and old (Breton shuffleboard, petanque balls, trampoline, surfing, bodyboards, wetsuits, 2-seater inflatable kayak, giant mikado, soccer goals, kites, jumping balls, beach games, etc.). We accept animals, however the garden is not enclosed. For infants and children We've thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, even for the youngest members of your family. The villa is equipped with everything you need for babies: a travel crib, a high chair, a bathtub and a changing mat. In addition, the spacious garden is a paradise for children, with a wooden hut and two soccer goals for hours of outdoor play, as well as a small trampoline, jumping balls, a gymnastic mattress, racket games... Location Villa Lesadem is in a prime location, just a short walk from the center of Santec and one of its sandy beaches. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Check-in can be done independently using a secure key box, or in person, at your convenience.
