It sits on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The views are fabulous and uninterrupted. This private estate includes a heated infinity swimming pool and a private lighted tennis court. Yet is only one mile from the town of San Pancho with its great restaurants and mile long sandy beach. Casa Melissa is a four bedroom three bath house. The quoted rates are for 6 people. There is an additional (4th bedroom downstairs) available for $30 USD additional for groups of 8. Plus the 5th bedroom Casita also available for an additional charge, for groups up to a maximum of 10 people. There is maid service Monday - Saturday. Amenities include a whole house water purification system, air conditioned bedrooms and living room/kitchen area, ceiling fans in every room, high speed unlimited WIFI. Plus we now have solar battery back-up to save you from brown outs or power outages.
