The space The Medio Mundo cabin was built by our family, transforming the space of an old stable. A rustic but detailed atmosphere, surrounded by nature, ideal for escaping the routine of the city and relaxing. Dreamed of sharing as a couple. Perfect for families or groups of up to 7 people. Suitable for teleworking or housing for months. It has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, pots, dishes, etc.) bathroom with tub and hot water, wifi, coffee press and free coffee, campfire and BBQ for roasts, room with double bed, loft with 4 beds, hammocks and sofas. Covered private parking. Within the Medio Mundo estate, there are gardens, a private stream, forests, trails and green fields to enjoy nature and the landscape, playgrounds and the possibility of making nearby outings with ecological, scenic and sports tours. Leaving is a few meters from the Otún River with spectacular puddles and ecological routes for walking or cycling. Very close to restaurants and cafes in the picturesque villages of La Florida and La Bananera. Guest access The Medio Mundo cabin is part of a small complex consisting of a traditional peasant house and a block of two cabins, but it is mainly surrounded by gardens, green areas to play or simply walk or rest, a small lake, a small house-viewpoint in a Urapán tree, swings in the trees, a coffee plantation and the crystal clear waters of the Chamizales creek that crosses our property along which you can enjoy a trail. It is also a few meters from the Otún River, where visitors could enjoy its fresh waters. It is also possible to climb the mountain peaks, which are less than 1 km away and have viewpoints with extraordinary panoramic views. In the nearby village, less than 200 meters away, there are some restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, among which we recommend places such as "Las Cayanas" or "Erase una vez".
