Other things to note Nestled on an exclusive 4-acre lake, the beautiful natural scenery offers fun and views any time of year. Spring fishing is a great pass-time "catch-and-release" only. Summer swimming and boating is a favorite. Fall offers plenty of excellent leaf-pepping days and a wonderful opportunity to take the pedal boat for a spin. In winter, enjoy ice skating!! Any use of the lake by guests is done so at your own risk and with acknowledgement of water safety precautions.
