Please note that we have quiet tenants residing in the basement unit. They are mindful of their surroundings and use the parking space on the right side of the house. During your stay, you may hear typical household sounds, but rest assured, nothing out of the ordinary or disruptive. As our valued guests, you have exclusive access to the left side of the driveway, the inviting front porch, and the entire Airbnb space. We kindly ask you to enjoy these designated areas during your visit. Please be aware that the backyard and back sheds are currently undergoing landscaping and are designated as part of the tenants' private space, and therefore not accessible to our Airbnb guests. Other things to note The thermostat is in the master bedroom on the wall next to the bookshelf. If your stay is during the winter, please never lower the furnace below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
