Luminous room w/bathroom 10 min Downtown Coyoacán

Pleasant and luminous room with a double bed, a desk and a closet, with it's own bathroom (outside your bedroom). The apartment is in the second floor of a calm building located 10 minutes walking from downtown Coyoacán. Nice and bright room with double bed, desk and closet in nice apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet and safe building. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown Coyoacán. Spanish, English, Italian and French spoken. The space You can have acces to the common areas such as kitchen, livingroom, dining room and Tv room. Your bethroom is calm and quite, hearing some birds during the day time and crickets at night. Important note: some times I have small meetings with friends ( my place is not a religious monastery!) and I also usually smoke. Guest access The apartment is in the second floor of the fourth building (letter D) in a 5 building's condominium, which is really safe and calm. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LONG STAYS: For long stays, and due to the discount applied to the original price, the cleaning service is carried out and charged only once, with the guest being responsible for cleaning the room and, together with me, the common areas. But, if the guest so decides, I can also hire a cleaning service for $350 to have a trusted person do the cleaning once every two weeks.
