Beautiful open-plan studio apartment, sleeps 4. Incredible views, comfort, restaurants, direct access to the beach. You are sure to love my home for its decor and welcoming atmosphere, and it also has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant, relaxing stay. Bed and bath linen included. The house is perfect for couples (with children), tourists, business travelers. Its excellent location by the sea makes this studio apartment the ideal place to explore the beauty of Cartagena. The apartment is open-plan, with no doors between rooms. It can sleep 4 people altogether in the double bed and the double sofa bed. There is a pool with views of the ocean and direct access to the beach, where you can rent sunloungers and umbrellas and buy cool drinks. Also close by, on the corner, there is an excellent seafood restaurant. The keys are handed over directly to the tenant by a member of our team. This will either be Eduardo Fonseca or Lina Casillo. The latter is our secretary and can be contacted at our offices during business hours (8.00 am - 6.00 pm). Our offices are located in the Laguito district, in the Antares Building, where we will be happy to help with any issues you may have. In the apartment you will find a white folder labeled APARTMENT GUIDE, containing useful information, recommendations for places to go and see, and our telephone number, so you can call us if you need help with anything. NB: An additional check-in fee of $15,000 pesos (Approx. US$ 6) must be paid on arrival. This is a once-off fee and covers the entire group entering the apartment. This fee is levied by the local authorities on buildings making money from tourists. None of it goes to us and we shouldn't even be collecting it, but we have to inform guests.
