With an unbeatable location close to the Retiro Park, you will be surrounded by bars, cinemas and tourist attractions. Our flat has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated in a modern and cosy style. It has all the comforts you may need to make you feel at home. The flat is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay during the warmer months. The living room is spacious and bright, with large windows that let in natural light and offer stunning views of the city. There is a comfortable sofa and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals in the company of your friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. There is a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. There are two bedrooms in our flat, both equipped with comfortable beds and soft, cosy bedding. The master bedroom has a double bed and large built-in wardrobes to store your clothes and belongings. The second bedroom has a single bed and also has fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower, sink and toilet. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. Other IMPORTANT features you should be aware of: - Traffic: As the neighbourhood is located close to the city centre, there may be traffic on the main streets and avenues in the neighbourhood. - Noise: Due to the proximity of the neighbourhood to the city centre, there may be noise in the street due to the activity in the area and the amount of people circulating in the area. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. There is a garbage room. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
