The space This exquisite home spans three levels, offering 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The first-floor bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. On the third floor, the bedroom suite doubles as a productive workspace, featuring an ergonomic chair for those work-from-home days. The second floor houses the master bedroom suite with its own private balcony. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. An additional second-floor bedroom offers its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Culinary delights await in the gourmet kitchen, fitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and centered around a massive 10-foot island that invites relaxed dining experiences. The living room features a 75-inch smart TV and an array of seating options including a sofa, love seat, and two designer chairs, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Guest access As our esteemed guests, you’ll enjoy full access to the property with just a couple of exceptions for your awareness: The cabinets above the refrigerator in the kitchen are off-limits. The closet near the stairs on the 3rd floor is not accessible. These areas are reserved for private use, and we appreciate your understanding. Other things to note No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violations will result in a non-negotiable $500 cleaning fee. Smoke detectors are installed on each floor for your safety. Parking: Please use the driveway, which accommodates two vehicles. If you plan to bring more than two cars, kindly consult with the host in advance to make suitable arrangements. Pet-Friendly: We happily welcome up to two dogs! We love our furry guests and have added non-skid pads to the stairs to ensure their safety and comfort while navigating the home. Child-Friendly: Families are welcome! Please note, while children are cherished guests, the property is not fully child proofed.
