Residential and family apartment. We rent the space as we live, so I believe anyone will have a good experience here! Large, airy, bright, with large windows and balconies in the bedrooms. Newly painted and decorated. We are in Copacabana, one block from Copacabana and Leme beaches and a few minutes by car/bike from Ipanema and Urca. We are surrounded by bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacies and you can walk to the Rio Sul mall. The space Large apartment, 115 sq. meters, airy and ventilated, with a balcony in the bedrooms and cozy decor! Both bedrooms have air conditioning, the smaller one has a double bed, the larger one has a king size bed. Living room in two environments with ceiling fan, two sofas and TV, dining room with table for 6 people. Equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a service toilet. Guest access Copacabana is a super easy neighborhood to get around, lots of bus options, subway nearby, bike and hiking paths, and Uber in 1 or 2 minutes! Other things to note Visitors are not allowed, nor are parties and events. Flexible check-in and check-out according to availability.
