Downtown apartment with air conditioning located inside a family home where six more apartments are rented (they share a pool and garden). Less than three blocks from the Santo Domingo Temple and the tourist walkway. Ideal for weekly and monthly stays. Perfect for couples, business travelers, and families. The space Located on the 2nd level of a vertical condominium. To get to the apartment there are 4 flights of stairs, 30 steps in total. The room includes a rectangular dining room, a futon, a coffee table, a sideboard, a TV and a balcony. In the kitchen you will have the necessary appliances. One room has a king size bed, an open closet and a balcony overlooking the garden; in the other bedroom you will find two single beds (they can be made into a king size bed), an open closet, a dresser and a balcony from where you will see part of the neighborhood. Both have TVs. Through a blacksmith's door you can access the exclusive terrace of this apartment, where you will find a breakfast bar (this adjoins another apartment but those guests will not be able to access your terrace). Guest access 1. You can use the garden, pool and break rooms. 2. The pool is heated by solar panels and to use it you can uncover it yourself and cover it again when you finish. The pool's depth is 1.35 meters and the splash pool's depth is 40 centimeters. 3. You can use the treadmill and stationary bike in the access area (ramp). Other things to note 1. The neighbors have dogs on the rooftops that bark when they perceive movement or excessive noise on the street or surrounding areas, such as that produced by fireworks or music, which happens more frequently during festive times in the city. It can be annoying for those who suffer from insomnia or are light sleepers. We have earplugs available for this. 2. From Thursday to Saturday, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., a singer performs live trova in the café that adjoins the back of our house. 3. The shower water is heated with solar heaters.
