It is located 20 minutes from the highway and the TGV train station. Located in the heart of Southern Burgundy, it will allow you to visit the typical villages, vineyards, hike or bike, fish in the lake or river or enjoy the calm in the large garden! The space - A large living room over a vaulted cellar opens onto a veranda, overlooking the surrounding countryside and sunsets! - house equipped with high-speed internet (fiber) - Two large bedrooms, one with 2 beds that opens directly onto the garden through a French window. - Separate bathroom and toilet A plot of 1200 m2 and some outbuildings offer great freedom. NOTE: There are 6 steps to access the house and 3 interior steps to go to the sleeping area. Guest access The entire accommodation is reserved for you as well as the courtyards and garden.
