Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the west side, you'll be close to everything you need. Just steps away from the local community park and public transportation! There will likely be guests living above you. ---------- Rooms: Master Bedroom - Inside the master bedroom is a queen-size bed with comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. There is a night stand on each side of the bed, each with a lamp which has outlets to charge electronics. You'll store your clothes in the roomy closet and the dresser. On top of the dresser is a Roku smart TV. No TV services are provided, so you'll need to log into your own subscriptions. Kick off your shoes at the bench nuzzled up to the bottom of the bed. Guest Bedroom - Inside the guest bedroom is a queen-size bed with comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. Because space in the guest bedroom is limited, we were only able to provide a night stand on one side of the bed, with a lamp which has outlets to charge electronics. You'll store your clothes in the roomy closet and the dresser. On top of the dresser is a Roku smart TV. No TV services are provided, so you'll need to log into your own subscriptions. Office - Working remotely? We've got office space for you! Just BYO computer. The WiFi is blazing fast (500 mbps), come take it for a spin. The office provides not 1, but 2 large desks for maximum productivity! Utilize the glass dry erase board for fun brainstorming sessions. Relax in the comfy chair and enjoy a book. Foyer - The foyer/entry space doubles as a second hangout space. It features a table to gather around or just throw your stuff on after a long day. Some games on a nearby shelf are calling, just in case you want to have a little fun. The bench on the side is a convenience spot to put your shoes on (or off). Don't forget to check yourself out in the mirror before heading out the door. Living Room - This is where you plop down to unwind. Turn on the Roku smart TV and put your feet up. Again, you'll need to login to your own subscriptions. Place your beverage of choice on the coffee table or end table, but be sure to use one of our fun coasters. Kitchen - If you like to spend time in the kitchen, we think you'll find the place is pretty well equipped. Beyond the obvious stove, oven, fridge and microwave, we're all loaded up with plates, bowls, pots, pans, glasses, baking trays, cooking and eating utensils, cutting boards, and on and on and on. If we don't have something you need, just ask! Wake up to the smell of fresh coffee! Our Ninja dual brew coffee maker can make hot or iced coffee, so you can start your day (or night) off right. Bathroom - Not much to say here. We've got a toilet, a bathtub, a shower, and a sink. Everything is clean and ready to use. Patio - Nice cozy space to chill. We've got a small table and chairs out there for you to sit and enjoy the peaceful view of the backyard and beyond. Not the best insulated room in the house, so you'll want to keep the door shut when heating or cooling the house. Guest access Guests have access to most areas in and around the house, so it's easier to list what they don't have access to, which is: - The other unit - The front porch (it's designated for the other unit) - The basement Other things to note ---------- Background Screenings required: For the safety and comfort of all guests and neighbors, we require a quick background screening to verify identity and ensure a safe stay. It's a standard part of our booking process and helps maintain trust across all reservations. We’re not focused on minor infractions or long-past issues — just anything that might pose a safety risk to the property, community, or other guests. ---------- Rental Agreements required: To comply with local regulations and to protect both parties, we require a signed rental agreement be executed by each adult guest after booking.
