Our aim is to welcome you to a peaceful environment that's perfect for getting together. The space L'Intemporelle is a large manor house located in a village 10 minutes from the Surgères TGV train station, 20 minutes from the beach at Châtelaillon, 35 minutes from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from Rochefort. On the ground floor, the house boasts a large living area of 55m2 comprising a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, where you can share convivial moments with your family and friends around a large table or simply in front of a roaring fire. On the ground floor, you'll also find two master suites, 2 WCs, a shower room and a pantry with a washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge and storage space. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a charming dormitory with 3 single beds and a sofa bed for daily use. The first floor also has a shower room and toilet. The enclosed grounds of 2200m2 offer plenty of parking, as well as a secure private infinity pool and terrace with barbecue. A 100m2 converted outbuilding completes the ensemble: dining and relaxation areas, leisure activities (billiards, darts, table tennis, table football). Quality bedding and towels provided. A cot and high chair are also available. Local amenities (5mins): grocery, bakery, mini-market, tobacconist and chemist. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we offer a range of services in partnership with local producers and other operators (catering, breakfast delivery, well-being treatments, etc.).
