Our place is conveniently located on the 18th floor of Tower 3 at The Wind Residences in Tagaytay. The combination of the cool weather and the magnificent view of the lake offer a serene city retreat, allowing guests to escape the hustle and bustle of urban life. From both the window and the balcony, you can enjoy a partial view of the picturesque Taal Lake. It's an ideal destination for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. The space Our 30.74 sq m Tower 3 unit is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families of up to four. With its stylish interior and dual views cityscape in front and Taal Lake to the right of the balcony, it offers a relaxing space to unwind and take in the sights. Located in the heart of Tagaytay City, guests can enjoy the convenience of dining, shopping and leisure around. THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING 1. Booking is good for 4 pax maximum including children/babies. 2. Extra Towel, blanket, pillows and linens upon request will have an ADDITIONAL FEE of Php 100 per person. 3. Parking is available outside the basement area, subject to availability, with a fee ranging from ₱400–₱500 per night. Guests may also opt for open parking at the clubhouse. Simply coordinate with the clubhouse personnel for the rates. (Multiple entries allowed.) 4. Check-in time is between 2:00-4:00PM. Guests may arrange for late check-in (until 8:30pm only) for an extra fee of Php 200, additional 100 pesos per hour beyond 8:30pm 5. Rice cooker, microwave (for reheating cooked food) and electric kettle are provided. 6. Light cooking is allowed. Pans and Plates are available. 7. This is strictly a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Violators will be fined PhP 3,000.00 and booking will be cancelled. 8. Check in and Checkout time should be followed accordingly but in the event of an early check out, kindly advise us at least 1 hour in advance. 9. No pets are allowed.
