You will have it all at your fingertips in this centrally located accommodation. The space This is a great 2 bedroom, two bathroom flat with views of the Plaza de los Cangrejos and the sea. Located on the first floor, this flat has a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The flat has air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and in the living room, English TV and unlimited fibre optic Wi-Fi connection. The living/dining area has space for 4 people and the terrace is perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and the flat is accessed by lift. There is no need to rent a car as you have everything you need within walking distance. The Balcon de Europa is only a 5 minute walk from the complex and Torrecilla beach is literally on your doorstep. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. The pool and garden are for shared use. Other things to note The apartment overlooks the famous Plaza de los Cangrejos, where you will find numerous restaurants and cafes. Self check-in to the apartment via a key box located in a place other than the accommodation. Please note that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair, there are about 6 steps to access the apartment. You must complete the online check-in form that you will receive a few days before your arrival.
