Bed and Bath for one

No frills single occupancy only. The bedroom and separate, private bathroom are off a shared landing at the top of the stairs from the entrance hall. Double bed in a small bedroom with no sitting space. Bathroom has bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen shared with up to two other guests. Quiet house in a quiet area, 20 mins walk to city centre & bus and train station, 5 mins to bus routes to both universities, 5 mins to local shops etc. Let me know if you need a visitor's parking permit. The space Bedroom, bathroom and shared kitchen only. No other facilities. Quiet house in a quiet area. Up to two other guests maybe staying in other rooms in the house and maybe using the entrance, stairs and landing, and kitchen.
