Guest access Palmetto Sunset Building Access and Guest Registration The Palmetto Sunset Building offers a 24-hour reception for your convenience. To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests must be registered in advance by providing their full names and identification document numbers. Upon arrival, each registered guest will receive an access handle that grants entry to the building and access to common areas, including: -1st-floor pool -43rd-floor rooftop pool -Jacuzzi -Gym Please note: Guests without an access handle will not be permitted to enter the building. In case of loss or removal, a replacement must be requested, and the cost will be covered by the guest. All guests enjoy full access to the building’s amenities, including the pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, event room, and assigned parking spaces.
