Woodland Cottage is a holiday cottage converted from what was once part of an old shipping set nestled in the grounds of the owner’s home which, remains a working small holding. Situated within the beautiful hills of North Wales on the outskirts of the small village of Berthengam it overlooks the River Dee Estuary to the Wirral beyond. The space This cottage consists of one double bedroom with a Double size bed along with a modern En-Suite bathroom which has a bath, separate large shower enclosure, sink and toilet. Located upstairs. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living room/kitchen which has a corner sofa, Smart TV and a wood burning stove for those chilly nights. It also has a downstairs toilet and sink for extra convenience. The Kitchen is well equipped with a, 50/50 Fridge/Freezer, induction Hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Bed Linen, towels, electric, central heating, Wi-Fi and Wood Burning Stove starter pack included. Regret No Smoking. Stair Gates, Travel cot (excluding bedding) & high chair available on request. Laundry Room is located next to the holiday cottages consisting of Washing Machines And Tumble dryers for guests to use. Outside the cottage there is a patio area with a table, two chairs, parasol and a BBQ. Off road parking is allocated to the front of your cottage.
