Chic - relaxed atmosphere - 3 extra studios

Located at the quieter south end of Riversdale, just across the road from the beach. Walk through the gate to a special unique space! The main house offers a comfortable king size bed, kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living and dining area. Step outside onto the large deck to 3 extra rooms. Studio 1 - 2 rooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other has bunk beds with an adjoining bathroom/shower, between them. Studio 2 - large studio with sofa, queen sized bed and ensuite. The space This beach house honestly has it all, caterers kitchen (two ovens), a great sheltered outdoor deck which connects it to three separate studio bedrooms and only a minute walk to the beach! You can just rent the main house for two of you or one or extra studios, depending on how many of you! Perfect for a couple or extended families. The kitchen has two ovens, dishwasher, coffee machine, double fridge/freezer and a huge walk in pantry. The kitchen/living area is beautifully styled very chic beachy, great spot for family time or watching TV. This main house has the king bed and bathroom too. Then connected to this by a very sheltered sunny deck are the three other bedrooms and two bathrooms. Excellent areas for your own space - perfect for three or four couples. Studio one would suit a couple with children too, as it is connected by a bathroom and has bunks. Or two couples! Plenty of room. The fabulous sun drenched back deck, is perfect for evening meals. Help yourself to the huge BBQ/ ououtdoor kitchen but it MUST be cleaned afterwards. Guest access The house is all yours! But obviously if you've only booked the main dwelling then the other pods will be locked. Other things to note Our drinking water is collected into tanks by rain water, but not filtered. So if this worries you please bring your own drinking water with you. For babies though it's always best to boil it. Because of this we would kindly ask you to conserve water in the summer months by having short showers and infrequent flushing of the loo, cheers. Please either take your rubbish with you or for longer stays Please use the blue council bags provided and put your rubbish and recycling out at the gate on Monday mornings (Fridays too in the summer). There is a recycling unit located opposite the church if you need to use it too.
