The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere. The space The house by the river has been my summer place since 1988, when my father bought the house. It's almost mandatory to eat strawberries with whipped cream here :) Everything grows a little wild here, and my father was a person who lived by the principle; live and let live. Although the place has been renovated inside, I have tried to preserve part of the house's "DNA". Which is the generous, free feeling. The legendary wall behind the fire place is an example of that. Otherwise, you will find quite a few other rarities around :) It should be relaxing to be here. The beds are brand new and very comfortable. The bedding as well. The outdoor area is constantly being improved - but both outside and inside you should be able to enjoy yourself in a social setting - with family and friends. See pictures of social areas both inside and outside. The view of the river is like a painting that changes hour by hour. This is a place where you should be able to completely relax and live in the present. I hope you and yours will enjoy yourself here, and create the most beautiful summer memories :) Other things to note Children and dogs are always very welcome, but be aware of the location. The garage is close to the road, and you must therefore be very careful when you let dogs out of the car. Swimming in the river is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
