The Famous Saratoga County Race Track is Just 30 mins from the apartment! There is many things to do, we have tug Boat Rally's with fire work shows ,the town is only a walk away, we have the Beautiful Erie canal right next to us with beautiful bike trails! Waterford has some old school Diner's We are located right in the center of so many locations! R.P.I is only 15 mins! Russel sage is 20 mins! Hudson Valley is 25 mins! All Hospitals are 10 to 25 mins away for the nurses! 1GB INTERNET! The space We have a beautiful three story home, we have a front porch that can be used all year, my back yard has a seating area that is used during the warm seasons , [ no access to way back yard] Has parking for you and 1 other car only! we have are whole 1st floor Apartment Available for guests with your own entrance and exit! Security system all around the outside of the home! Please make sure back door and storm door stay closed! ☆ABSOLUTELY☆ NO SMOKING AT ALL!! NO PARTIES! ANY DAMAGES TO THE UNIT YOU ARE LIABLE! ANY MISSING BELONGINGS YOU ARE LIABLE FOR! NO DOGS OR CATS! ORIGINAL WOOD FLOORS NOT CHEAP TO FIX! ☆NO SMOKING! $275 FEE 《$450 DEEP CLEANING FEE!》 IF DEEP CLEANING HAS TO BE DONE, ALL RUGS, WALLS, AND CURTAINS AND FURNITURE HAVE TO BE CLEANED WITH A MACHINE! ☆NO UNPLUGGING THE SMOKE DETECTORS. THEY ARE WIRED INTO THE HOUSE NEST HOME WILL ALERT US THEY ALSO TELL US IF THE HOME IS ON FIRE OR IF SMOKE IS IN THE HOUSE AND WILL YELL FIRE! Sorry, I have to put that in here, but this is a area we rent out , but we also use it our selves and our family stays here when they need to, so please treat everything like you would your own!
