The space Our accommodation is ideal for a couple's getaway or a business trip. As soon as you walk in, you'll be charmed by the modern decor, spacious rooms and air conditioning. The accommodation consists of: - A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. - A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking. - A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area. - A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. - LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light, as a washer-dryer is available in the accommodation. You will also have everything you need to iron your clothes. Guest access Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself, so you can feel right at home. The accommodation is located on the ground floor (3/4 steps). INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can enter independently from 3 p.m. onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival. PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the boulevard or in the station car park, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. What's more, you are only an 8-minute walk from the city centre. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information: HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged. CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels. DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms.
