It offers both an open and spacious loft feeling with the tasteful and cozy custom built work and dining area. The private bedroom is quiet and en suite to the bathroom, which has a luxurious walk-in shower and steam sauna. The 42 inch Sony flatscreen has many streaming services including Netflix, Crave Extra including HBO and more. Guest access The Unit is on the second floor. There are a few steps to get to the main door. There is a keypad (code provided upon booking). You will be provided keys for the space. Other things to note 🏡Please note this space is located on a quiet residential street with familiesIts a quiet and calm community, so not a space for parties and events. 🎧We ask that any guests respect noise by-laws. 🚂Please also note there is a train-crossing up the street, so you may hear the occasional train (although we have never had issues, and most people have expressed that it’s not noticeable or is even calming). 🇨🇦I was born and raised in Toronto and know the city very well so any questions I’m happy to help. ⭐️Laundry service provided for stays over 14 day at a reasonable fee.
