Elysium villa Spacious villa with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 other bathrooms, located in Trou aux Biches a few blocks from the beach. This private property offers a beautiful and peaceful living space along with a swimming pool, well furnished kitchen and an open terrace. During your stay you will have a car at your disposal. You will have to pay for petrol. Please note: for long stays at a 53% discount, use of car is not included but can be arranged at €20/day. The space The villa has 4 bedrooms but the rental price is for the 2 bedrooms (and 2 bathrooms) on the ground floor. For an additional fee, the top floor with 2 airconditioned bedrooms and one bathroom can be rented. Guest access The ground floor consists of two very spacious airconditioned bedrooms, both with direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living room area which also has direct access to the terrace/swimming pool area. Other things to note The rental price is INCLUDING a small car. Please note that we drive on the left hand side of the road in Mauritius. Petrol is not included in the rental fee. Longer stays are at a 53% discount and the use of a car is NOT included in these stays. A car can be made available at €20/day.
