The space The Grand Astoria Apartment Budapest is a newly refurbished, very spacious, luxury holiday accommodation in the city centre of Budapest. This duplex property has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have king-size double beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together if needed. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space, in the biggest bedroom there is a TV with Netflix access. Towels and linen are included. Bathrooms: The downstairs bathroom has a brand new corner jacuzzi with light therapy which is a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a dryer. Living room: We have an open plan kitchen/living room with a fully equippe kitchen. Kitchen: There is a modern kitchen in this apartment with ample room including a dining area. Here you will find a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and even a Nespresso coffee maker. The additional sofa and TV set makes this room an ideal place to get together for each meal. Facilities: The apartment has its own central heating and each room is air-conditioned. Free WiFi is available in all our apartments. The apartment is located on the 4th and ultimate floor (lift/elevator available) facing into the inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet, even though you are right in the centre of Budapest. We have two TVs, one in the living room and one in the big bedroom. Both TVs have Netflix access. Guest access We will meet at the apartment all guests upon arrival and at the check-out. For check-in after 24:00-midnight we ask 30 EUR upon arrival or through Airbnb. For check out before 7am we ask 20 EUR on site or through Airbnb. Outside these hours check-in and check-out are included in the price. Other things to note The Air Conditioning in the apartment will be possible to use from the 1st June until the 31st August.
